Biography
Brittany Foust is a partner at Neff Law, P.C., and her legal practice encompasses several areas of law that serve the needs of individuals and families in the area, including probate and estate administration, estate planning, real estate, oil and gas law, and business and cooperative law. She has a special interest in helping landowners and mineral owners deal with the unique challenges posed by the oil and gas industry.
Brittany grew up in Ray, North Dakota, where her family continues to farm, and she returned to the region in 2013 after completing her legal education at John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Her professional career has been shaped by her ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and their families, and she is dedicated to advising and working with families across multiple generations. Brittany offers a wide range of legal services including probate administration (specializing in mineral curative probate administration), probate avoidance planning, wills, trusts, power of attorneys, farm and mineral succession planning, mineral curative issues, title opinions, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, pipeline easement negotiations, surface use agreement notations, and oil and gas lease negotiations.
